I just signed up, clicked on the Jam Scheduler and nothing shows up...emptly?? OK, I click the 'message' tab and...two users?? Me and another :-( Damn. Ok well I'll create my own public jam. I did so and then check if it shows up anywhere and I can't find any notification of it?? Not in the Jam Scheduler, not in the forum. How is anybody supposed to know I have an open seats for a jam??? Please, someone explain. I'm sure I must be missing something or this is a MAJOR bug.

Hey Ken - Most people aren't using the Jam Scheduler yet - they just show up and hang out in the Lobby and connect with others. Because the musicians using eJamming are located in over 101 countries around the world, they're in 20 different time zones, so they usually show up when it's late afternoon or evening where they are. If you want to schedule a jam, search User Profiles (here on the website or from the Search Profiles tab on the Musicians List in eJamming AUDiiO, and then send them an email right from their profile here on the website and set up a time to get together for a Jam session. And the way you indicate you have open seats for a jam is to create a Session, then add seats and choose whether they're open, or an audition seat or a reserved seat. They'll show up in the Lobby Session Name list and just click on a Session Name to see who's already there, what they're looking for and what seats are available.

How do you "create a session, add seats," etc. Where is the "Lobby Session Name list"? Also, I'd like to listen in on people's sessions to hear how it goes. How can I do that? It would be nice if those tabs would be on the front page when you log in. :-) Roshana

The Lobby is in the software. You need to download the eJamming AUDiiO software http://www.ejamming.com/download/ and install it, then open it, "log into eJamming" and you will be in the Lobby.
The Lobby Session Name list is at the top of the Lobby. Click "New Session" to create a session and Click ADD SEAT to add another seat to your Session.
Check out the eJamming video Tutorials - they show you how to do all this.

Hey, en4ce, instead of just logging in and waiting around to see who shows up, go pro-active and search the eJamming Profiles from the software or even better from the website here and look for people you'd like to jam with. When you're logged into the website, you can email them right from their profiles on the website.
And as for your soundcard issues, email techsupport@ejamming.com with details about your set up and techsupport will do their best to get you up and running.
