Just as jonathaneast had suggested an audience option ,I had a great idea, how about a video confrence option also.I belive if you can see the people your ejamming with the music becomes a little more personal.Think about it excluive ejamming online concerts.Example like a Stickam or Camfrog kinda thing.Separate band pages separate fan pages.I'm sure alot of folks have a webcam and have a computer close to their gear,and maybe have their mixing board plugged their computer.Put 2 and 2 togather and their you go instant exclusive ejamming online concerts .Like a MySpace meets Stickam merger but for music.Or maybe not just an idea.
