Just installed ejamming 10. When I start ejamming I just get an error window: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application," Uninstaled once and re-installed but same problem. I am running WXP with SP2 and all the OS patches installed.
Help....

Hey PJ,
i actually had the same problem with XP on my laptop, i had to re download and reinstall the App and it worked. also, there is an updated build of beta 10 that solves another installation issue, give that a try and get back to us.
Thanks!

Hi Chris,
OK this is strange... Installed ejamming 1.7.9.1 (Beta 10a) on WXP SP2 and ALL updated WXP patches and I had the error OcX01.. as stated previously. I rebuilt my XP box with ONLY SP2 and still the same error. Today I installed KB898461 and KB931836 to fix the daylight savings time issue, then just for fun tried to start ejamming and it worked! I configured port forwarding and the sound card and all is well so far. Sorry I cannot isolate the issue further but for now I would say that the error may be due to a WXP patch...

Hi everyone
Our programming team has researched this problem and there are installation issues Microsoft is aware of, but they are issuing contradictory advice. Our programming team recommends the following:
We suggest that users who are having a problem should install this Microsoft Redistributable Package :
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=32bc1bee- a3f9-4c13-9c99-220b62a191ee&displaylang=en
The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) installs runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed with Visual C++
Hopefully that will solve your problem.
Please let us know.
