I read some other person's topic who has the same problem as me. I have Windows Vista. I installed it, but when i click it nothing comes up. I sent an email to tech support, but i was hoping this would be faster.

it comes up with links and tutorials and a little button that says do not show. i click done, but nothing happens.

Hey JM For some reason, this is a problem sporadically. I have a reasonably fast computer and sometimes i feel like I'm waiting forever for the thing to show up. if you haven't already, please try to restart and relaunch the program. Also, there is a Microsoft C++ redistribution package that has been known to solve certain issues from time to time, if you Google it you should be able to download it from the Microsoft website.
