There was a problem with the Port Test over the past few days reporting that ports were closed when they really were open. That's been fixed now and the Port Test should be reporting accurately.

Port test fails every time. Disabled win firewall and sec suite firewall and antovirus. Have XP, auto update,No network so no router. Is it true that a modem alone is not a problem?
