Yes there is A WAY to do this.
It requires two separate sound cards at the moment, but this is the way it should work.
One sound card should be working with eJamming and one should be working with Cubase.
Use Cubase to route audio out one of your sound cards. Take that output and plug it into input of the other sound card, and you should be able to hear the Cubase output in eJam.
I know this is not a particularly elegant solution but it will work.
