Im not sure how I clicked the open schedule page in the program but it brings me to the home page how do I create one or add one to my list?

The Private JamScheduling system is not yet completed. the best way to schedule a jam is to message a user directly from the USER Profiles section and invite users individually.

However, the private Jam Scheduler will be completed very soon, were actually working on it as we speak.
