Hi,

It's a problem we're in the process of trying to fix. Can you tell me what you do in order to see this message? Is it something you can repeat every time?

We hope to be releasing another version this week and would really like to have this problem resolved, so any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Ben.

I had this same problem. The message kept popping up every few minutes while I was eJamming. I was using a MIDI device, not sure if that helps or not.

Hey Janszoon

Yes it is very unusual actually, particularly with a MIDI device. What midi device were you using? Also was anything playing thought eJamming? And what sound card are you using?

thanks! sorry for the barrage of questions.

Hi Chris,

I was using an old MIDI keyboard connected through the USB port on my computer. I was playing with two other people, both of whom were not not using MIDI and we were not recording. Also, I was a participant but not the host of the session. Also, I was connecting to the internet wirelessly.

I'm not sure what kind of sound card I have, but I'm using a Mac PowerBook G4 and running OSX 10.3.9. I hope that helps.

Those are pretty much all the details I can think of, I hope they're helpful.

thanks for the extra info, were you using the Mac Built in audio for sound or an external interface?

Thanks!
