Music Background: I started singing with my mother at church at a very young age. I was always involved with a youth choir in one form or another either in church or in school. It seems as far back as I can remember, I always had a guitar in my hands. Mostly just toy guitars but still, it planted a seed. It wasn't until I was 15 and living in London, that I decided I wanted more from the guitar. I took lessons for a year and the rest, as they say, is history. Music Skills: I don't consider myself as really being a "skilled" musician. I feel that the one year of guitar lessons I took when I was young were way less than adequate. I would have liked to have a more formal training but things just didn't pan out. I am mostly self taught and get great satisfaction of what I can do. I haven't really played in many bands but the ones I have been involved in have been and are extremely rewarding.
