Three of us were playing when suddenly I couldn't hear one of them. A moment later, their sound came back. What happened?
Answer: Sometimes there are sudden internet traffic surges that would create momentary greater delays than the optimized sync setting eJamming AUDiiO established for your Session. Rather than constantly changing the sync setting (which would interfere with your playing in the groove), eJamming allows for momentary interruptions in the transmission of the live music. Usually, these traffic surges subside quickly. If not, either switch to Manual (Go to the Preferences>Session tab and change the radio button from Automatic to Manual and raise the delay number 6 or 12 mS (milliseconds), or even higher if necessary. If the surge lasts, wait a little while until the Internet stabilizes and it subsides. NOTE: IF YOU ARE RECORDING YOUR SESSION, THESE MOMENTARY INTERRUPTIONS WILL NOT BE RECORDED BECAUSE EACH MUSICIAN'S PERFORMANCE IS RECORDED ON THEIR OWN COMPUTER BEFORE TRACKS ARE EXCHANGED USING THE "SEND SONG" COMMAND.
