Why am I getting an Account Validation error when I try to Log In?
Answer:
If you're getting Authentication Error messages, that usually means you are not entering your User Name and Password exactly the same way you entered them when you first signed up at our website (eJamming authentication is case sensitive, so make sure all of the upper and lower case letters are exactly the same, and there are no extra spaces). Also, your Subscription Key must match exactly, including the hyphens (and make sure there aren't any extra spaces before or after the letters of your Subscription Key which can block log in).
If your User Name, Password and Subscription Key are correct, the other likely reason you're getting Authentication Error message is because your firewall(s) or your router (if you have one) or your ANTIVIRUS software are somehow blocking access to port 26900, which eJamming uses to access our authentication and matchmaking server
So please check your firewall(s) and anti-virus software and be sure to allow eJamming and port 26900 as an exception. If you'd like, you can also port forward your router to port 26900.
