I got an "Audio Pool is empty” error message - what does this mean and what do I do about it?

Answer:

You will get an "Audio Pool is empty" error message when the reserved memory set aside for audio data within eJamming AUDiiO runs out.

In theory, this should never happen, because when memory is taken from the pool, it is returned after it has been used. However, there is currently a problem whereby some of the memory is not being returned when it should. Therefore, under certain conditions, the reserved memory can run out of storage ability and you get this error message.  We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, when you get an "Audio Pool is empty" error message, the solution is to leave the Session you are in and restart eJamming AUDiiO.

If you see this error message frequently, then please submit a Bug Report and provide us with information detailing when you see the error and what the conditions were leading up to it, as it will really help us fix this problem quickly.
